Hi. I’m Jane.

I’m a holistic life coach and leader of intimate yoga retreats.

I believe that the practice of Loving Kindness can lead us home, which is why I use a Loving Kindness framework for all of my coaching and restorative retreats.

Loving Kindness is my passion and my life’s work.

I even wrote a book to help others walk on the path of Loving Kindness called A Heart of Gold. It is the culmination of my life’s teachings and personal practice.

I have a holistic wellness degree from the University of Minnesota and yoga teacher training from the cherished Kripalu tradition. I have had the honor of studying with many wise teachers over the last three decades and the heart-centered wisdom of Buddhism works through me in my life and coaching.

I’ve been teaching yoga for over twenty years, and I have led more than 50 retreats all over the world.

I work with women one-on-one and by taking them on intimate restorative retreats, because I believe that retreating is a spiritual practice, not a luxury.

I teach that we need to build mini-retreats into our daily lives, giving ourselves time for rest, reflection, and inquiry. We need to connect with our inner knowing, lighten our load and enjoy our lives.

These practices are available to us every day, not just on vacations and weekends.

This is my work as a coach and a retreat leader.

I’m known for being a changemaker, a transformational coach and a manifester of love.

I am passionate about guiding women towards being more connected to themselves by listening to their heart’s desires. I believe women can expand and grow with wisdom and soul as they age.

I think that our best years are always still ahead of us.

And the present moment is worth our full attention.

When I’m not working, I am continually seeking authentic ways to develop a practice that brings more light, love and joy into the world.

I love morning meditation, walks in the woods, and belly laughs around a table piled high with rich Italian food, which is why I host retreats every year in Italy. Come with me.
